The Greene County Veterans Service Commission is committed to providing the Veterans of Greene County with quality transportation to and from the Dayton VA Medical Center.

We provide free door to door transportation, Monday through Friday for qualified veterans with scheduled appointments at the Dayton VA Medical Center.

All transportation must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. To schedule a ride contact us at (937) 562-6026.

When calling you will need to provide the following information:

• Full Name
• Complete Address
• Contact Number
• Last Four Digits of Your Social Security Number
• VA Appointment Date, Time, and Name of Clinic

All passengers must be ambulatory and able to enter and exit our vehicles without the assistance of the driver.

Non-Ambulatory Veterans requiring transportation to the Dayton VA or Wright Patterson Air Force Base Medical Centers are asked to contact our office at (937) 562-6020 to learn about our other transportation options.
